All our Carers are very experienced pet owners and animal lovers who are trustworthy and competent. They love your pets as much as you do and they will always care for your pets as well and to the same routines as you do. As we believe it is important for your pets to feel relaxed and comfortable whilst you are away once you are happy with your assigned Carer, as long as it is possible they will remain with you for the entirety of the time that you are a client of Creature Carers.

We always ask our Carers to leave your home exactly as they found it and they are happy to undertake basic cleaning duties related to their time at your home and to your pet’s needs. For your peace of mind we only provide Carers who have had a recent police background check completed and who we would trust with our own home and pets. They are also fully insured whilst carrying out each assignment and in case of emergency, through us they have access to a wide range of professional support that may needed.

In the unlikely event that a problem does arise with your Carer, please do contact us as soon as possible to discuss the issue. Our aim is to provide you and your pets with the best service we can and we will always endeavour to resolve the problem without delay and to your satisfaction.
